At BTG Pactual, I develop marketing strategies focused on banking and payroll loan products, with an emphasis on acquisition, engagement, and effective communication. I work on redesigning commercial support materials and supporting B2C onboarding initiatives, optimizing account opening and card request journeys. I also lead relationships with partner companies, structuring activations and campaigns to continuously promote the payroll loan product. My work includes building content flows and strategic adjustments aligned with the new guidelines introduced by Provisional Measure 1,292/2025, ensuring consistency between communication, product, and business strategy.
